Gabriela Garza

I have always loved the hospitality industry, but living out of hotels—especially casinos—during my time in consulting made me realize the importance of having a home. A space that evokes calmness, safety, and even inspiration. When I left my previous role, my parting words to my boss were, "I’m going to design the coziest homes ever." Now I’m excited to do just that.

I am currently pursuing a certificate in Interior Design from The New School at Parsons remotely and am excited to apply the technical and practical skills I’ve gained to real-world projects. Having recently moved to Boulder, I’ve found a home that reflects everything I value—natural light, warmth, and a deep sense of connection. This move has only reinforced my enthusiasm for design and my commitment to creating spaces that feel truly lived in and loved.

I am seeking a Design Assistant or Junior Designer role, where I can immerse myself in the industry, refine my skills, and contribute meaningfully to a creative team. I am excited to learn, collaborate, and grow in a hands-on environment, and I look forward to the opportunity to be part of a firm that values intentional, innovative design.
